Rock Springs Park to open April 27

County parks and recreation director Erma Deen Hoyle says that the Rock Springs Park off Campground Road will open April 27. Playground equipment will be delivered and installed next week, barring weather complications.  The park will feature a playground, picnic shelter, amphitheater, outdoor classroom and a .4 mile paved and gravel trail.
