Carolina Ridge community meeting is postponed
A second community involvement meeting concerning a proposed residential development at N.C. 73 and Little Egypt Road has been postponed. The meeting had been scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 11. A new date has not yet been set.

(Planned Development-Residential) to permit a development with up to 1,650
single-family detached and attached homes, mostly restricted to older adults but with up to 300 homes not age-restricted.
The prooperty is located on the south side of N.C. 73 (across from East Lincoln High) and the west side of Little Egypt Road.
